Ski Mountaineering is without doubt the finest way to travel through the mountains smoothly skinning through wild mountain terrain to tick summits and once the skins are off and its time to descend its all about enjoying untracked snow away from the crowds. Scotland offers a huge wealth of great tours from steep to rolling mountains and area’s that hold a true wilderness feel. We aim to deliver high quality courses aimed to give people the skills needed to travel on ski in the winter mountains. Ski mountaineering combines the skills of skiing and mountaineering so as well as looking at the fundamentals of skiing uphill we will also cover basic winter mountaineering skills such as navigation, cramponing, ice axe self arrests and also and very importantly avalanche awareness and avoidance skills.

Prices are £170 per day for one person adding £20 per head after that we take up to 5 people for one instructor giving a maximum price of £270.
